The statistical yearbook of Helsinki 2006 provides basic information about Helsinki and its residents in 300 statistical tables. These statistics cover the metropolitan area, Helsinki region and in some cases the entire country. Some of the tables provide comparisons with other major northern and Baltic cities as well as St. Petersburg. The publication is bilingual and the statistical tables have headings in English.
