Blindsquare is one of the world's most popular GPS-apps developed for the blind and visually impaired. The app describes the nearby environment to its user and announces places of interest and street intersections aloud. You can use the app to find for example shops, restaurants or schools nearby and you can also use it as a navigator.

In addition, you can use Blindsquare when travelling by public transport. The app can tell you important places nearby, such as the next stop.

Blindsquare uses open data from Foursquare and Open Street Map.

Blindsquare works on iPhones and iPads and is available in 22 different languages. You can also control the app with voice commands.
