Vantaa has published guide maps for 1958, 1969, 1974, 1976, 1979, 1982, 1984, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1996, 1998, 2001–2006, 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2015 via the WMS API. In addition, the maps can be viewed in the Vantaa Map Service.
The guide map is a guide map to getting around the area of Vantaa. It illustrates traffic routes and addresses. For this reason, the roads are depicted as much wider than the actual roads. The guide map contains the following information: street and place names, address numbers, streets, roads and railway connections, areas with blocks of flats and detached houses, business, industrial or logistics areas, forest and field areas, public buildings and municipal boundaries.
The first address maps of the City of Vantaa in 1958 and 1969 were made in black and white.
